The Recovery Process

Our first step is researching the claim, determining who the legal owner is, and locating that person. The next step is getting your permission to recover these proceeds on your behalf quickly before the unclaimed funds are taken by the government agency holding them. Our goal is to take a long burdensome process and transform it into a painless engagement that gets our clients the money that is rightfully owed to them.

Keeping You In The Loop

Dendi Refund Services keeps you in the loop as we file your claim. We periodically follow up with that agency to make sure everything is going as planned, and report back to you so that you know what’s going on at all times throughout the process.

We'll prepare the paperwork and file the claim on your behalf.

Dendi Refund Services will send documents to you to be signed. In the meantime, we will also start the process of gathering the necessary documentation to support your claim. We pay for all upfront costs, including document copying fees, attorney's fees, court costs, etc. We Will Never Ask You for Any Cash, Credit Card or Bank Information. After all documents are in, Dendi Refund Services will file your claim with the proper agency and monitor it's progress.

Once the agency holding your funds approves the claim, Dendi Refund Services will reach out to you to let you know. Then, when we or our attorney receives the check and the funds are verified, your proceeds will be mailed to you within 15 days or sooner.
